Calculator and files

Manual calculator inputs and imported CSV contents are processed in your browser. We do not create an account, receive the CSV, or store its financial rows. A downloaded report is generated on your device.

Paid monitoring and company workspaces

For Pro and Company Starter, the inventory a verified subscriber enters—including vendor, department, cost, seats, renewal date, team size, and selected currency—will be stored in a private workspace to provide the service. Company Starter may also store invited member email addresses, roles, invitation status, last-access time, company name, and a limited activity history for access control and accountability.

Billing and email delivery

Recurring checkout and payment verification are handled by Paystack. We receive transaction status, reference, billing email, plan, amount, and subscription identifiers, but not complete payment-card details. Receipts, invoices, professional reports, and secure invitations are delivered only as described in the delivery policy.

Currency conversion

Public exchange rates are refreshed by our server from ExchangeRate-API and cached. No calculator, workspace, or subscriber data is sent to the rate provider. Converted prices are display estimates; paid checkout settles in ZAR.

Hosting, logs, and measurement

Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps for security and reliability. If you allow first-party measurement, the site records at most one event per public page in each browser-tab session. The server accepts events only from this site, uses a signed anonymous browser cookie, excludes known automated agents and applies daily browser and network limits. The event records the current public page path, browser language, coarse device category, and country code. Acquisition measurement is narrower: it can record only a strictly validated external first-touch hostname, the current page's bounded UTM source and medium, or unknown/direct. It never stores the full referring URL, referring path or query, campaign name/content, or an acquisition identifier. The anonymous browser identifier is converted into a new one-way hash each day; the raw identifier, IP address and full browser fingerprint are not stored in the measurement table. Owner acquisition reporting uses aggregate channel totals and groups small named rows. Measurement records are automatically removed after approximately 400 days.

Advertising and affiliates

Google AdSense is configured on this site, although paid ads may not appear until Google approves the site and has eligible inventory. When ads are served, Google and third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising based on a user's visits to this and other websites. Learn how Google uses advertising data in Google's advertising policies. Affiliate links, when used, will be clearly disclosed; a purchase may earn us a commission without changing your price.

Your choices and consent

You can avoid importing a file and use the manual calculator. Subscribers can pause automated reports in the dashboard and request deletion of their paid workspace by contacting us. Company owners and administrators can remove members immediately, which revokes their workspace access. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or opt out of some third-party personalized advertising through AboutAds. Where required, Google's certified consent platform presents advertising choices before personalized ads are served.
