Refunds and cancellation

Cancel at any time

Subscribers can cancel from the secure dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid entitlement period.

Refund requests

Contact billing@saascostcheck.com with the billing email, payment reference and reason. Never include card details or one-time codes. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts and charges made after a confirmed cancellation will be investigated and corrected when verified.

Planning-service limitations

A difference between an estimate and a vendor’s final quote is not by itself a billing error. The product clearly labels modeled savings as planning estimates.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the payment provider. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
