Free calculator and cost guides

Calculator results, vendor guides, comparisons, pricing-change information, feeds, and publisher widgets are available immediately when the relevant page loads successfully.

CSV analysis and free PDF reports

CSV analysis runs on the customer's device immediately after a supported file is selected. The basic PDF report is generated and downloaded immediately after the customer selects the download action. Files and financial rows are not uploaded to us.

Paid subscriptions

Dashboard access is released immediately after Paystack confirms payment server-side. The receipt and invoice are then emailed automatically to the verified billing address. Monthly Pro reports and weekly Company Starter reports begin only after the customer has supplied the required workspace data and the applicable reporting schedule is reached.

Delivery problems

If a free page or download does not work, email support@saascostcheck.com. We aim to acknowledge support requests within two South African business days. Payment-provider or email-provider delays may affect future paid delivery and will be investigated using the payment reference—never send card details or one-time codes.
