Free tools and planning information

The calculator and vendor guides provide independent planning estimates, not financial, tax, legal, security or procurement advice. Vendor prices, product features and contract terms can change. Verify material decisions with the vendor and your advisers.

Subscriptions

Pro and Company Starter are recurring monthly subscriptions. The checkout displays the amount, currency and payment mode before payment. Access begins only after the payment provider verifies a successful transaction. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Company workspaces

You are responsible for having authority to enter company information and invite members. Do not upload card numbers, passwords, confidential authentication codes or information you are not authorized to process. Workspace roles must be assigned appropriately.

Acceptable use

You may not attack, scrape at abusive rates, reverse engineer access controls, interfere with reporting, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate third-party rights.

Availability

We aim for a dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change when required for security, compliance or service reliability. Material subscription changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IQ Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from planning estimates or third-party vendor decisions. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by South African law. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where applicable.
